Return Policy
We do not accept returns for reasons such as preference, size, styling, or personal choice.
However, we do offer exchange for damaged products under the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility
• The product must be damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• You must email/WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery with:
• Order ID
• Clear photos/video of the damage
• Unboxing video (highly preferred to support damage claim)
If verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Products must be returned in original packaging.
