To ensure smooth delivery, customers must:
        •        Provide accurate address and active phone number.
        •        Be available to receive the delivery.

If the courier is unable to deliver due to:
        •        Incorrect address
        •        No response
        •        Wrong pin code

Re-delivery charges may apply.

Please inspect the parcel at delivery. Report visible damage within 24 hours.
